Demand Generation Consultant

  • Location: Preferred; Brussel Office (hq), Potentially dutch office
  • Language requirements: English &Dutch (mandatory), French & German (bonus)
  • Position: Full time on Leadfabric's Payroll

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience working in a marketing or sales management position.
  • Skills: Understanding of demand generation strategy and/or sales management and pipeline management skills, business Intelligence and analytics skills
  • Certifications: The candidate preferrably has a marketing automation (Oracle Eloqua, Responsys, Marketo, Pardot, Selligent, ..)  or CRM (Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ..) certificate
  • Education: Master in Science in business engineering or applied economics, communication science or Information technology, or other plus MBA (preferred)

Job description: The demand generation consultant is expected to work in the professional services organization to implement and deliver projects for new and existing accounts. The consultant will be responsible for conducting business process reviews, business process design, pre implementation requirement gathering and rapid deployment implementations of marketing automation projects (Fabstart). The role is highly versatile and will be partly executed onsite, i.e. at the customer site (across the western european region) or at the office.

Marketing Automation Consultant (Oracle Eloqua, Responsys, Marketo, Pardot, Silverpop)

  • Location: Preferred; Brussel Office (hq), Potentially Dutch or German office

  • Experience and skills: Minimum 6 years of experience working in a B2B online marketing team. Digital marketing knowledge (SEM, SEO, email, social, ..)
  • Certifications: The candidate preferrably has an email marketing (Selligent, Emailvision, Exact target, etc) or Marketing automation (Oracle Eloqua, Responsys, Marketo, Pardot, Selligent, ..) or CRM (Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ..) certificate
  • Education: Higher education (Bachelor degree): Online marketing, marketing communication, IT, Database management, user interface design, ..

Job description: The marketing automation consultant is expected to work in the managed services organization to deliver projects for new and existing accounts. The consultant will be responsible for managing marketing automation instances on behalf of Leadfabric's clients. Typical projects entail the following activities: email marketing programs, campaigns,  marketign and sales nurturing programs, crm integration, and reporting/analytics

Product Marketing Manager - Brainshark

You will be responsible for managing the Brainshark solution offering at LeadFabric.

Responsibilities

  • Profit and loss (p&l) ownership with regards to the entire Brainshark product and services offering at LeadFabric
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly and annual revenue quota associated with management and development of sales opportunities within Europe
  • First line contact with Brainshark's HQ in Boston
  • Develop and execute the Brainshark marketing plan at LeadFabric (360° marketing mix, predominantly online attributes)
  • Generate net new business and grow existing accounts business
  • Develop demand generation campaigns associated to the Brainshark products and services offering
  • Organize and deliver product demonstrations, conduct needs analysis with business owners
  • Support LeadFabric sales 

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 year experience managing product or solution P&L
  • Masters degree or equivalent
  • Proven track record of presenting live and online to business decision makers
  • Product marketing experience, managing an (online) marketing mix to position, promote and convert a product/solution mix
  • Experience in developing service offerings
  • Channel marketing knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding and preferably knowledge of CRM systems and pipeline process 
  • International experience a must
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (pref native) and speaking at least 2 more languages.
  • Having extensive IT/Web/SocialMedia background provides you a competitive edge
  • Knowledge in at least one of these domains: saas, cloud computing, e-learning, sales enablement, marketing and lead generation, social media
  • Prior experience in either a business development role, sales or a product management/marketing position is a must
